Application Eligibility

 -  Foreign diplomatic mission, or Staff of foreign Consulates 
 -  Those exempted or possessed with similar privileges as diplomatic Missions based on Agreement or international Custom. 
 -  Family Members of Personnel meeting the requirements above

Required Documents  

 ※ Items subject to change depending on individual circumstances 
1. A completed Visa application 
2. A recent passport photo (3.5 x 4.5cm, colour photo)
3. Diplomatic Passport (General Passport Holders: Diplomacy Staff Workers and their Family members)
4. Documents proving dispatch & incumbency, or Memorandum of Coordination by the related Country's Minister of foreign Affairs & Trade 
5. For Diplomats' family members: Certificate of Family Relationship for Families of Duty Officer (Birth Certificate or A Marriage Certificate)
6. Visa Fee is waived.
